This privacy policy applies to docs.vishnudigital.com (the "Site"), the online documentation platform operated by VD Computer Tuition, Rustompura, Surat, Gujarat, India. It explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
Information We Collect
We collect no personal information. Specifically:
- ❌ No account creation or login required
- ❌ No email capture or newsletter sign-up
- ❌ No contact form data (we link to WhatsApp / email instead)
- ❌ No third-party advertising cookies
What We Do Collect
Anonymous Analytics (Optional)
If the site operator has enabled Google Analytics 4 (GA4), the Site records anonymous, aggregate page-view statistics: which pages are read, which referrers brought the visitor, and rough geographic region (country / city). GA4 does not record IP addresses in full and does not identify individual users. The GA4 cookie is governed by Google's privacy policy.
You can opt out of GA4 tracking at any time by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Server Logs (Standard)
Our hosting provider (Netlify) records standard server logs for 30 days for abuse prevention and traffic estimation. These logs include:
- IP address (truncated to the network prefix)
- User agent string
- Requested URL
- Response status code
- Timestamp
Logs are never shared with third parties and are used only for security incident response and aggregate traffic reports.
Cookies
The Site sets the following cookies:

If GA4 is enabled, the standard _ga and _ga_* cookies are set by Google Analytics. You can block these via your browser's privacy settings.
Third-Party Services

- Google Search Console (search-engine diagnostics) — no cookies

Children's Privacy
The Site is designed for school and college students (ages 13+). We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The site has no interactive features that would require age verification.
Your Rights
If you are a resident of the EU / EEA / UK (GDPR), California (CCPA), or India (DPDP Act 2023), you have the right to:
- Request a copy of any data we hold about you (we hold none)
- Request deletion of any data we hold about you

Data Retention
- Server logs: 30 days, then deleted automatically
- GA4 aggregate data: 14 months (Google's default)
- No personal records are retained at any time
